Chrissy is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group, where she focuses on the representation of public and private companies in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, securities regulation, and other complex transactional matters.

Chrissy represents clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, infrastructure, health care information technology, biotechnology, life sciences, food and beverage, financial services, contract security services, and energy.

Chrissy also maintains an active pro bono practice, regularly advising nonprofit organizations on corporate governance and organizational matters.

Chrissy is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee in Richmond.
