Cynthia has been with the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group for more than five years and has more than 30 years of experience assisting with commercial real estate transactions involving development, finance, acquisition and disposition of real estate involving mini-storage, retail, office, and multifamily uses. She has extensive experience in assisting with multistate portfolio acquisition and disposition transactions and associated due diligence and logistics coordination. She also assists with the formation of entities and with filings in various jurisdictions.
