As director of pricing and practice analysis, Daniel is responsible for ensuring that the firm's attorneys and leadership are able to navigate the economic dynamics of the industry, win the most profitable and complex work with competitive rates and win-win AFA solutions, and develop client-focused legal operations solutions. Daniel's team is made up of a diverse group of pricing, financial, project management, and business intelligence professionals who train cross-functionally and work across practice groups and administrative departments.
Daniel has almost 15 years of experience in leading pricing and analytics efforts, working with big data and technology in the fintech industry before making the move to big law. He has worked with many of the firm's top clients to create and manage AFAs, developed client-facing products and technology solutions, and has been a major driver in the firm's development toward a data driven culture.
