Overview

Diana provides eDiscovery support for product liability, patent, trademark, contract, and employment matters, as well as whistleblower and government investigations related to the Food, Drug, and Cosmetics Act; False Claims Act; and Securities Exchange Act.

Her responsibilies include quickly identifying the most relevant information in a case through the use of technology-assisted review software; organizing and analyzing case details for litigation strategy through the Case Dynamics application; and supporting various work product and general knowledge with the use of legal research tools and subsequent legal review.
