• Assisted in the representation of Eva-Last, a leading international composite building materials manufacturer, in its acquisition of Fortress Deck Products, the composite decking subsidiary of Fortress Building Products, a manufacturer and solution provider in the residential, multi-family, industrial, and commercial building products industry.
• Assisted in the representation of Ag-Pro, the largest privately owned John Deere dealer in North America, headquartered in Boston, GA, and operating in 81 locations across seven states, in its expansion to Greenville, SC.
• Assisted in the representation of Riverbend Energy Group, a multifaceted investment firm, in its capital investment in Endurans Solar, a maker of advanced materials for solar photovoltaic modules.
• Assisted in the representation of Breakwater Energy Partners, a leading provider of water infrastructure, recycling, transfer, and disposal solutions in the Permian Basin, in its stock-for-stock sale to Select Energy Services, a sustainable water and chemical solutions provider to the energy industry.
