Jade focuses her practice on commercial litigation, securities litigation, construction litigation, and arbitration across various industries. She has experience assisting individuals and corporations in internal and government investigations, federal tax issues, and white collar defense.

Jade’s experience ranges from preliminary investigations through arbitration, trial, and appeal. She manages and resolves pre-suit disputes, performs case evaluations and risk assessments, develops trial strategies, manages complex and voluminous discovery, drafts and responds to dispositive motions, drafts and responds to temporary restraining orders, negotiates and drafts settlement agreements, prepares witnesses for depositions, defends and takes depositions, and prepares witnesses for trial.
