Jenny C. Chien

Jenny has experience handling all stages of litigation, including client counseling, discovery and motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. Her practice includes a diverse range of complex commercial litigation matters, including representation of health care and managed care plans.

Jenny earned her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient. She also served as president of her school’s Intellectual Property and Cyber Law Society. Prior to law school, Jenny earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where she received a Cal Alumni Leadership Award and was a Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholar.
