Jon focuses his practice on the securitization and servicing of commercial real estate loans. His background in commercial lending, CMBS, and Freddie and Fannie loan securitization enable him to support his securitization, master servicer, and sub-servicer clients in all aspects of the commercial real estate market. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Jon helps clients to effectively manage risk and achieve their industry reporting and financial goals.

Jon represents master servicers, sub-servicers, and securitization teams with respect to Fannie Mae’s Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) product line and Freddie Mac’s Capital Markets Execution (CME) program. He offers extensive experience in loan servicing and loan securitization. Jon has handled a wide range of transactions, including negotiating loan and servicing rights purchase agreements, servicing agreements between master and sub-servicers, PSA and SSA review and interpretation, loan assumptions, restructuring and recapitalizations, 1031 exchanges, transfers of interest, and all types of general lender consents.

Jon draws from a robust background in commercial lending and securitization to create forward-thinking strategies that address the unique challenges facing agency lenders and servicers.
