Jonathan is an associate in the firm’s Corporate practice. He earned his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, the McNeill Law Society, and the student board of the Richmond Law & Business Forum. He also served as an articles and comments editor for the University of Richmond Law Review Volume 58. While attending law school, Jonathan served as a judicial intern for U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark Colombell in the Eastern District of Virginia.

Before attending law school, Jonathan served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.
