With more than 25 years of experience, Julie represents clients in disputes involving class actions, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, commercial fraud, false advertising, and unfair business practices. Her clients have a significant focus on insurance and reinsurance, including insurers, reinsurers, guaranty funds, and insurance pools across property and casualty, life, and health insurance lines. Julie has extensive experience in insurance regulatory matters, insolvency, and rehabilitation proceedings.

Julie handles all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and negotiation through trial. She also has significant experience representing clients in cases involving claims seeking temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions.
