Kelly has experience in a variety of commercial real estate and finance matters, including the representation of clients in real estate acquisitions, lending, development, and leasing. Her leasing experience includes the representation of both landlords and tenants in the leasing of office buildings, industrial projects, retail shopping centers, and multifamily spaces. Kelly’s lending experience includes the representation of both banks and borrowers in the structuring and documentation of transactions related to real estate and commercial financings.

• Assisted in representing an institutional property owner in negotiating industrial warehouse leases and related ownership issues for numerous warehouses.
• Assisted in representing a medical center in connection with the sale of its real estate.
• Assisted in representing property owners in the leasing and related ownership issues for a number of office and industrial buildings.
• Assisted in advising developers in connection with property acquisition, development, and disposition of retail shopping centers and multifamily spaces.
• Assisted in advising banks in structuring revolving lines of credit and collateral lending.
• Assisted in representing Ebro Group, through its U.S. subsidiary Riviana Foods Inc., in the sale of the majority of the U.S.-branded pasta portfolio of Riviana Foods to TreeHouse Foods for $242.5 million.
• Assisted in representing Ebro Group, through its U.S. subsidiary Riviana Foods Inc. and its Canadian subsidiary Catelli Foods Corporation, in the sale of its Catelli dry pasta business in Canada to the Barilla Group for CAD 165 million.
• Assisted in the representation of Macquarie Principal Finance in critical elements of Macquarie’s acquisition of Multifuels Midstream Group’s regulated natural gas pipeline system in Central Texas.
