Kevin provides discovery-related support by performing critical review and analysis of documents for responsiveness, confidentiality, and privilege on multiple projects.

Overview

Kevin assists with all phases of discovery including first level and privilege review. He also has experience assisting in the creation and editing of privilege logs, in addition to assisting with trial preparation by fulfilling time sensitive tasks to meet court deadlines. He also utilized Technology Assisted Review (TAR) to substantially limit the documents being reviewed on multiple cases.

Kevin has more than 30 years of experience, including in-house representation of private corporations in disclosure management of protected health information, negotiation of commercial contracts, and litigation of civil matters. Prior to entering private practice, Kevin served as a captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps representing soldier clients in courts-martial and appeals from courts-martial before the U.S. Army Court of Military Review and U.S. Court of Military Appeals.
