Representative Matters

Lauren focuses her practice around the defense of complex product liability and asbestos matters, as well as commercial and construction litigation disputes. She is experienced and confident in handling all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation analysis, discovery management, document production, identifying and working with expert witnesses, mediation, settlement, and trial practice in state and federal court.

Prior to joining the firm, Lauren represented builders and subcontractors in residential and commercial construction disputes, as well as handled cases involving product liability, personal injury, insurance coverage and defense of property damage claims, and large loss subrogation matters.

While attending law school, Lauren worked full-time as a legal assistant for a large, litigation firm, which instilled her hands-on approach to successful representation of her clients.

  • Obtained summary dismissal of an action against a custom builder in a residential construction dispute involving contractual and consumer protection act claims.
  • Represented several sub-contractor defendants in multimillion-dollar construction claims with multiparty involvement through litigation, mediation, and settlement.
  • Successful oversight of multistate asbestos matters, including discovery coordination and deposition coverage for manufacturing defendant.
  • Assisted in representing firearm manufacturers in multistate litigation in state and federal court with a range of suits brought by individuals, as well as local and state governments.
