Matt is an associate in the firm’s Corporate practice. He brings a wealth of experience from his diverse background in law, business, and finance. Matt earned his J.D., cum laude, from William & Mary Law School.

Prior to joining the firm, Matt held significant roles in various organizations. He worked as an investment banker primarily focused on raising money for privately held companies. Matt also managed an alternative financing investment portfolio accounting for millions of dollars in small business investments.

Additionally, Matt gained international experience in South America, where he assisted with the preparation of transactional documents for various acquisitions and helped draft company bylaws and articles of incorporation in both Spanish and English.
