  • Regularly represents Greenbacker Development Opportunities Fund in its growth equity and venture investment activities focused in the renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure space, including its investments in Telyon, Nexus PMG, Revolv, Peak Power, Renew Energy Partners, Sunstone Credit, Sunrock Distributed Generation, Lightshift Energy, and Swell Energy.
  • Represented Exeter Health Resources in its transaction to join the Beth Israel Lahey Health System (BILH).
  • Advised CuraLinc Healthcare and its founders in a strategic investment from Lightyear Capital.
