Minh N. Luu

Minh is a legal nurse consultant who assists health care clients, including major pharmaceutical and medical device companies, in defending against claims involving products liability, including claims involving and personal injury. She also works with the insurance and intellectual property litigators, providing support in insurance coverage disputes.

Minh offers thoughtful and insightful analysis of potential medical claims, clinical trials, and cases filed in federal and state courts, class actions, and in multidistrict litigation proceedings. She assists attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle, including reviewing medical records and claims, identifying potential witnesses, preparing for depositions and trials, and performing due diligence of experts and for clients preparing for initial public offerings. Minh also assists attorneys with settlements and dispute resolutions.

Additionally, Minh performs extensive medical and regulatory research, and provides attorneys with the latest medical publications, news, and FDA regulations. She assists attorneys with FDA-related matters, and assists clients with labeling and package inserts of bulk and drug products and FDA registration. Minh is certified in regulatory affairs.

Minh is a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society and Hunterdon County Bar Association. She also maintains her nursing licensure to remain current on the latest hospital, medical, and nursing trends and research.
