Overview

Nicholas represents pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and other health science industry clients in products liability, antitrust, and complex litigation matters. He draws from experience as a professional chemist to make the complexities of his clients’ issues accessible to all audiences.

Before law school, Nicholas was an analytical chemist with international publication in the field of solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. He later took on a community-focused role in environmental science where he taught, coordinated, and managed quality assurance for a group of more than 100 citizen scientists to monitor water quality in the lakes and streams of central New Jersey.

In law school, Nicholas received two offers for publication, contributed to Wright & Miller’s Federal Practice and Procedure, and was valedictorian of his law school class.
