Peter represents pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers in complex civil litigation. Before becoming an attorney, Peter worked for seven years as a paralegal preparing the first drafts of estate planning documents and probate filings. He uses his experience to represent indigent clients pro bono in Philadelphia with their everyday trust and estates needs through Philly VIP.

  • Obtained an arbitration victory for a U.S. Postal Service truck driver who rear-ended another vehicle on I-76 in Philadelphia. The low-speed collision resulted in no damages for the plaintiff, and where there are no damages, there is no negligence. The arbitration panel agreed.
