Overview

Randall concentrates his practice on the areas of real estate housing and development, and in particular on FHA insurance programs administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Randall’s work centers around multifamily housing projects, as well as skilled nursing facilities, pursuant to FHA insurance programs, including the programs under Sections 232, 223(a)(7), and 223(f) of the National Housing Act. He has experience conforming title insurance policies and land surveys to meet the 2011 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM and HUD’s requirements. Randall also assists in drafting, editing, and assembling documents in preparation for transaction closings.
