With more than eight years of in-house counsel experience for commercial and residential real estate developers, she has led large-scale projects from initial zoning to final completion.

In addition to leading negotiations and structuring agreements, she handles the full range of issues that arise during the life cycle of a project, including building and vendor agreements, leases, sub-leases, and licensing. Her experience handling day-to-day issues as in-house counsel also makes her a go-to advisor on a range of related contractual and regulatory compliance matters.
