Sam represents clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including in federal and state courts and before state administrative tribunals. Before joining the firm, Sam served as a law clerk for Hon. Chief Judge Timothy C. Batten, Sr in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He draws upon that experience in helping clients navigate complex commercial litigation and disputes.

Sam received his law degree from Emory University School of Law, where he was the notes and comments editor for the Emory Law Journal, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
