Sara Delaney

Sara is a paralegal in the firm’s Health Care + Life Sciences Intellectual Property Department who joined the firm in 2012. She is experienced in all areas of intellectual property law and practice, with a strong focus on all phases of domestic and foreign patent prosecution. She is responsible for managing the patent portfolios of a wide variety of clients, and her particular tasks include coordinating the filing, prosecution, and maintenance of patent properties in the U.S. and abroad. Sara has more than twenty years of experience.

Sara also assists the firm’s attorneys with conducting intellectual property due diligence in connection with various transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, sales, and licensing.
