Selefana Kamau

Sele has more than 15 years of experience working with the Public Finance Practice Group. She assists attorneys with the representation of states, municipalities, and public authorities in connection with the issuance of taxable and tax-exempt bonds.

Responsible for drafting closing documents and coordinating closings for general obligation bond issues, Sele has experience with general obligation bond issues, conduit revenue bond issues, and equipment lease financings. She also assists in preparing timely monthly tax 8038G filings.
