  • Assisted in the representation of Western Midstream Partners, LP in an offering by its subsidiary, Western Midstream Operating, LP, of $800 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.45% senior notes due 2034.
  • Assisted in the representation of Western Midstream Partners, LP in connection with an underwritten secondary public offering of 19,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests in Western Midstream Partners by affiliates of Occidental for gross proceeds of approximately $679.3 million.
  • Assisted in the representation of Pinnacle Midstream in its sale to Phillips 66 for $550 million.
