  • Represented Natural Polymers, LLC, an Illinois-based manufacturer of spray polyurethane foam products and systems, in its acquisition by Owens Corning, a leading global building and construction manufacturer.
  • Represented YCharts, a cloud-based investment analytics and communications platform, in its growth recapitalization by private equity firm LLR Partners in partnership with YCharts’ management team.
  • Represented HCAP Partners, a mezzanine debt and private equity firm, in an investment in Lone Star Analysis, a provider of predictive and prescriptive data analytics and analysis.
  • Represented RISC Networks, an industry leader in cloud, data center, and network operations analytics, in the company’s acquisition by Flexera.
  • Represented Biohaven Pharmaceutical Holding Company Ltd. in its completion of an oversubscribed $80 million private financing.
  • Assisted a UK vaccine company and its stockholders (venture capital funds in Sweden, France, the UK, and Switzerland) in a cross-border merger and associated venture capital financing to advance their synthetic vaccines to treat cancer and mutating viruses.
