Tom regularly performs comprehensive due diligence review on commercial real estate transactions. He utilizes his knowledge, experience and understanding of client needs to avoid title issues. This includes reviewing title documents, title commitments and policies, surveys, zoning reports, and lien searches to identify potential problems and provide practical, real-world solutions. He works with major lending organizations throughout the U.S. Frequently, he assists clients with multisite transactions. His goal is always the same – to help his client acquire or secure a real estate asset that serves their needs.
