Vickie is a paralegal in the firm’s Multifamily Housing Finance Practice Group. She performs initial review and analysis of title commitments and surveys in connection with the financing of loan transactions insured by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Additionally, Vickie has more than 24 years of title and survey experience and uses this experience to coordinate and negotiate with title agents and surveyors regarding required revisions. She follows necessary procedures for monitoring and finalizing clean title policies and surveys through the loan closing process and delivery to Ginnie Mae.
