Troutman Pepper Locke is advising Honye Financial Services Limited (Honye), a special purpose acquisition company listed on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market, on its proposed acquisition of Zoyo Capital Limited (Zoyo), a London-based fintech company, pursuant to which Honye has agreed to acquire the entire issued share capital of Zoyo for aggregate consideration of £26 million.
