Adrian represents developers, borrowers, institutional lenders, and other market participants in connection with commercial real estate transactions. He routinely assists clients with the structuring and negotiation of the acquisition, development and disposition of real estate, joint ventures and equity investments, construction loans, refinancings, and public finance lending.

Adrian handles transactions for clients throughout the U.S. and across a variety of property types, including multifamily residential properties, mixed-use properties, office buildings, and luxury resorts. His diverse experience on both sides of transactions enables him to provide efficient and practical advice throughout the deal life cycle. Adrian also offers particular experience in in the affordable housing sector, and assists borrowers and lenders.
