  • Advised on the formation, structuring, and funding of Circular Services, the largest privately owned recycling company in North America.
  • Represented Closed Loop Partners, a pioneer capital provider dedicated to the circular economy, in the formation of Closed Loop Leadership Fund, a private equity fund focused on acquiring circular business models.
  • Represented Spire Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in investments in the technology-enabled business services, communications, media, and education sectors, in a controlled investment in Pen-Link Inc., a U.S. provider of mission-critical government investigative software solutions.
  • Represented Hamilton Lane (NASDAQ: HLNE) on its largest commingled fund to date – Hamilton Lane Secondary Fund V, a global, diversified private equity secondary vehicle with more than $3.9 billion of commitments.
  • Represented Hamilton Lane on Hamilton Lane Equity Opportunities Fund V, which closed on $2.1 billion of commitments from global investors including public pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.
