Greg is a litigator with experience representing commercial, construction, and real estate interests before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitrators. His goal is to offer practical advice designed to meet business objectives and, wherever possible, avoid litigation. When unavoidable, Greg is prepared to represent his clients and manage even the most complex cases.

Greg is admitted only in Maryland. Practice supervised by D.C. Bar members pursuant to Rule 49(c)(8).

  • Represents an offshore wind energy company in litigation and regulatory matters involving its development of an area off the coast of Maryland to provide renewable wind energy sufficient to generate more than 750 MW of offshore wind electricity to power more than 500,000 homes.
  • Represented an investor seeking to enforce a right of first refusal and other provisions in a loan and security agreement. The case concluded with a trial judgment in favor of the client investor, including recovery of all attorneys’ fees. On appeal, the trial win was affirmed.
  • Represented a publicly traded real estate investment trust in a series of lawsuits against its tenants and in ensuring compliance with state and local laws.
  • Represented commercial landlords and tenants in lawsuits involving proper lease termination and lease interpretation.
  • Represented developers and contractors in enforcing and defending mechanics’ liens.
  • Defended a Baltimore area private high school in litigation over claims stemming from the construction of its artificial turf football stadium.
