• Assisted in representing Patra in its $146 million growth investment as part of a recapitalization from FTV Capital, a sector-focused growth equity firm.
• Assisted in representing Main Street Capital Corporation in a $20.6 million equity and debt investment to facilitate the minority recapitalization of Grand Flower Growers, LLC, and its related entities.
• Assisted in representing Pine Gate Renewables in its acquisition of a 450 MWdc solar project portfolio from Redeux Energy.
• Assisted in representing a consortium of established investors in the solar energy industry, including an affiliate of Greenbacker Capital Management, Sunstone Credit, IGS Ventures, and others, with its secured lender, Cross River Bank (CRB), in the acquisition of Sunlight Financial Holdings.
• Assisted in representing Gyrodata Incorporated in its acquisition by SLB, a global technology company.
• Assisted in representing Race Rock Infrastructure in its acquisition of Highway Safety LLC (formerly known as Highway Safety Corporation) and Ohio Galvanizing LLC (formerly known as Ohio Galvanizing Corporation).
