Maria concentrates her practice on complex commercial disputes, employment litigation and counseling, and defamation law. She is an integral member of trial teams, representing clients through all stages of civil litigation in both state and federal courts. Maria is skilled in case management and complex document reviews, helping to ensure strategic end-to-end eDiscovery efforts.

Prior to joining the firm, Maria practiced at a litigation boutique in Boston where she focused on business disputes and represented both employers and individuals in matters involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, non-competition, non-solicitation, misappropriation of trade secrets, and wrongful termination issues.
