Patty is a senior paralegal in the firm’s Immigration Practice Group since 1996, based in the Atlanta office. She primarily handles business immigration cases for the firm’s multinational corporate clients involving nonimmigrant (temporary work visas), immigrant (permanent residence/Green Cards), and naturalization (U.S. Citizenship) matters. Patty is also an I-9 audit specialist and conducts on-site or desk I-9 audits for the firm’s clients.

Patty holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies with a minor in management and an ABA Paralegal Certificate with specialization in litigation. In 2010, Patty passed NFPA’s PACE/Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam and became a NFPA PACE Registered Paralegal (RP). In 2013, she achieved her national certifications as a GMS/Global Mobility Specialist (International HR/Transfers) and a PHR/Professional in Human Resources, followed by SHRM-CP/Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional national certification in 2014.
