Peyton focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, joint ventures, and financing. He drafts and negotiates ground leases, purchase agreements, easements, licenses, and other related documents. Peyton also has experience examining and clearing title matters.

Peyton received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he served as notes editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
