Yemi Adewuyi

Yemi represents clients in negotiating and closing acquisitions and dispositions, leases, development turnovers, and construction transactions. He also represents national and regional lenders in a variety of lending transactions, including real estate, commercial, and industrial loans.

• Assists in representing administrative agents and lenders in numerous loans secured by multifamily, industrial center, medical office, senior housing, and life science portfolios located across the U.S.
• Assists in advising national and regional lenders in connection with loan restructurings, workouts, assumptions, and modifications ranging in loan amounts from $10 million to $415 million.
• Assisted in representing a joint venture in connection with the financing and due diligence for a $306 million multistate acquisition of five retail portfolio projects, including lease reviews, negotiation of loan documents, title and survey review, and drafting of entity formation documents.
• Assisted in representing a multifamily developer in the negotiation and arbitration of various HOA pre-suit mediations, turnover disputes, and construction defect claims.
• Assists in representing developers and other investors in the structuring, negotiation, and drafting of various multimillion-dollar purchases, sales, and leasebacks of commercial real property.
