He works with a diverse range of companies, from middle market to emerging businesses, as well as their investors and owners, on transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. As outside general counsel for several clients, Nick provides guidance on executive decisions and operational issues, including corporate governance, internal restructurings, commercial agreements, and other matters that arise during the corporate life cycle.
